Additional room service charge on food items is applicable at 20% in addition to listed price in the menu.

Early to bed and early to rise makes a Man healthy, wealthy and wise.

Room service is applicable until midnight 12 AM only, hence forth only essentials such as drinking water and medicine will be provided.

A stich in time saves nine

Designated time for checkout is 11 am. Late checkout charge of INR 250 for every 15 minutes. We do not wish to add this to your bill. Like wise, the check-in time is 2 PM, if we were not able to provide you with your room on time we shall credit you with INR 250 for every 15 minutes of delay.

We belong to the land of snake charmers.

We advise you not to be adventures and explore the grasses around. Kids must be accompanied with parents at all times. Their responsibility lies with parents. Pets are also just like our own kids, do not let them go loose.

Keep your friends close and valuables closer

Occupants of the room are solely responsible for the safeguard of their personal valuables.

Empty vessels make the most noise’.

We provide adequate cutlery and crockery in the room only with the food ordered.

Smoke Cigarette not GRASS

We allow smoking in the rooms but cigarette butts must be disposed off properly. Kindly refrain yourself from throwing cigarette buds in open grasses as they tend to be highly flammable.

A Meal without wine is like a day without sunshine.

Consumption of liquor is not permissible in public areas otherwise Corkage charges are applicable. Feel free to get high and tipsy within your reserved premises only.

A place for everything and everything at its place

Room furniture must remain indoor, furniture must not be shifted from their designated location. In case you need any additional comforting please get in touch with us.

Outside visiting guests

Outside visitors are allowed only with the prior permission from the management.

Good things come in small packages.

4 Tea and 4 coffee sachets are provided for your convenience and refilled once every day. Kindly treat them as complimentary not free.

Step carefully in unknown water.

Swimming pool is not allowed to be accessed after sunset.

Step before you leap, we say, check before you leave.

We do not wish to bear the courier charges for your left behind items kindly let us check the rooms thoroughly before you leave.

Kids upto 5 years can stay complimentary without extra bed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation submitted less than three (3) days before arrival date or No show will incur full period charge.
